Our Readiness Adult Programme (RAP) is committed to assisting individuals with Special Needs to better prepare themselves for jobs they are capable of.

We empower individuals to cultivate independence, boost confidence, and facilitate personal and professional growth in a supportive environment through engaging classroom activities, immersive role-play, and purposeful commissioned projects.

Fostering Futures through Skills and Confidence

Through this programme, students will better understand their abilities, interests, and values while enhancing decision-making, functional abilities, emotional intelligence, and other vocational skills necessary to strive in the workplace and the broader community.

In our Readiness Adult Programme (RAP), your child can gain a multitude of valuable skills and experiences that will contribute to their personal and professional growth. Our thoughtfully curated curriculum focuses on helping students with Special Needs identify and understand their unique abilities, interests, and values. Through engaging classroom activities, role play, and commissioned projects, we empower your child to enhance their decision-making skills, independence, functional abilities, emotional intelligence, and social skills in a context that is relevant to the working world. By participating in WRAP, your child's confidence will soar as they develop the necessary skills to navigate the challenges and opportunities they may encounter in their future endeavors.
